These classes are intended for foreign students that live in Corfu and wish to learn the Greek language or improve their speaking and writing skills.

These classes usually take place twice a week and during these classes the students:

• Practice and improve their grammar skills, their vocabulary and their understanding of the language.
• Cultivate their writing, speaking and listening skills.
• Understand the Greek culture through customs and traditions, music, songs and poetry and many more.

The classes are small in size (usually 2 to 4 people) and students are of similar proficiency levels. Due to the small size of the class, each student enjoys the tutor’s personal attention to their specific needs.

Moreover, any students that wish to do so can receive coaching in preparation for the Attainment in Modern Greek examination.

This type of classes take place throughout the year and students can enrol at any time.
